Model your business according to the legal framework that best fits it and comply with all the statutory requirements.
1) Direct Sales Model
2) Commission Model (agents get paid commissions)
3) Franchise Model (buy into KFC, or McDees)
4) Freemium, give a product absolutely free of charge and then harvest the contacts of this person hoping to sell your products to them later.
5) Auction model (Goods are sold based on competitive bids)

In this business model, the business owners add some expenses which were not in the original price. eg gated communities charging for services, insurance companies etc.

8) Bait and hook model, giving handsets for free and signing a contract with the handset receivers in order to receive credit payments for airtime. The product is not the handset, the product is the airtime.

The Blue Sky Strategy
Identify your blue sky. There is a place beyond the clouds where the sky is always blue, where the players are few, where only eagles can fly. The term competition is never mentioned, winning and dominance is the default mode. Strategic partnerships are formed, and members form/join exclusive members business clubs.
There’s a point beyond which nobody can copy you. They can imitate, look like and quote you. There is a point beyond which you are a lone ranger. A line called the “blue line,” a place where you are not bothered by what everyone else is doing, a place so high that the heights are life threatening, the standards are incomparable, the delivery is beyond promise. Beneath the clouds are crowds, the competition is live and rife, cut throat. Under cutting is the order of the day, the players are many, everything is grey. This is the grey world of commonality where mediocrity is commonplace. Everybody is in everybody else’s business, everybody looks alike, nobody stands out.
Identify your blue-line and operate in your blue space.
A place where you are no longer depending on the superiority of your products, but on how different you are. Your uniqueness must be identified and manifested.
If you identify your blue line, you don’t need to bother with what others are doing.
Sometimes, people go through struggles because they are in the wrong race. That is the only time you will render your competition irrelevant. Your uniqueness is your advantage. Don’t get me wrong, you will need to learn from great teachers. Even the best players in the field have coaches who help them see what they cannot see. But you being yourself is what separates you from the masses and makes it impossible for others to compete with you because nobody else can even come close to being you. You are unique and your gifting is unique to your generation.
